 Farron Levy            

 

 

 

 

 

 

Farron Levy, president and founder of True Impact, specializes in triple-bottom-line assessments, having helped a broad range of companies such as Allstate, Cox Communications, Deloitte, Darden Restaurants, FedEx, GE, Home Depot, PepsiCo, Pfizer, PNC Bank, and Verizon -- and their nonprofit partners -- to evaluate the social, financial, and environmental impacts of their social and environmental investments.  Previously, he was a partner and director of cost-benefit-analysis services at SmithOBrien, a social auditing firm; co-founder and president of a web-based yield-management service for the restaurant industry; and an analyst with Industrial Economics, Inc., an environmental and economic consulting firm.

Farron has also managed urban economic development projects for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Social Venture Network, and CitySkills (where he was executive director); served as an advisor to City Year, New Profit, and CitySoft; and is a member of the Reimagining Service Council. He earned an MPP in Business and Government Policy from Harvard University, and a BS with university honors from Carnegie Mellon University.

    

Saide Miller

 

 

 

Sadie Miller, associate, is responsible for the implementation of True Impact’s ROI tracker measurement and benchmarking initiatives and specializes in social impact evaluation. She brings expertise in civic engagement, community partnership development, and policy analysis, having worked as a community organizer, AmeriCorps*VISTA Leader, and research assistant at the Brandeis Center for Youth and Communities. Sadie earned an MPP in Social Policy from Brandeis University and a BA in sociology from Smith College.

 

 Eric Hilberg

 

 

Eric Hilberg, associate, is responsible for data analysis and the design, development, and deployment of True Impact's measurement tools.  Eric's prior experience includes development and implementation of enterprise-class information systems at Bank of America; and servicing clients including Burger King Corporation, Jackson Health Systems, and Alienware, as a principle at Hank Industries, an IT management consulting firm. Eric also founded Dynasonix LLC, a digital music distribution company, and the Boston College Venture Competition. Eric earned a BS/BA from Boston College.

 

Jimmy Sylvester

 

 

 

 

Jimmy Sylvester Paz, associate, specializes in international development and evaluation.  Most recently he worked for the World Bank’s International Finance Corporation (IFC) leading the initiative to upgrade IFC’s Development Outcome Tracking System (DOTS), managing investment climate and financial market evaluations in Panama and Vietnam, and producing a video series documenting IFC project results - Monitor Films.  Prior to IFC, Jimmy was a consultant with OntheFrontier (a spinoff of Monitor) in Argentina, focusing on private-sector development in emerging economies; co-founder and director of marketing for OPTIMA H20®, a bottled-water start up in Venezuela; and a junior portfolio manager at Lazard Freres in New York.  Jimmy earned an MPA/ID from Harvard University, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
