Client Success Manager

 

True Impact is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) measurement and reporting tool for the charitable sector. Donors and nonprofits use True Impact to report on the social impact of their grants, volunteerism, and other philanthropic investments, to demonstrate success and identify opportunities for improvement. 

We are seeking a multi-talented associate to serve our clients with equal parts account management, consultation, and resource development.

Responsibilities

  • Establish goals, account setup, and implementation schedule with clients (corporate and private foundations)
  • Socialize and train stakeholders on the principles of social impact measurement, and the platform’s capabilities
  • Implement social impact reporting cycles, including providing technical assistance and report feedback to reporting nonprofits
  • Analyze results and generate presentation-ready decks to clients, including SROI (social return on investment) calculations and strategic and tactical recommendations
  • Participate in regular reviews of the True Impact platform content and design to provide direction to the software development team’s continuous improvement efforts
  • Develop and evolve practical (i.e., layperson-friendly) toolkits, whitepapers, and summary benchmarking reports based on content provided by reporting nonprofits and on supplemental research

Qualifications

  • 5+ years program evaluation, consulting, or training experience in social sector
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills
  • Technically savvy
  • Experience and expertise in writing for a non-technical audience
  • Attention to detail and pride in accuracy

Term

  • Full time (or flexible time for a strong candidate)
