True Impact collects only the following types of personal and non-personal information that are necessary for our legitimate business purposes, and maintains appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of this information.
Personal and Business Information
True Impact collects contact and related information from our customers and prospective customers who request information or services from True Impact or who register for Software and Services. Customers can opt out of providing this additional information by not entering it when asked.
All financial and billing information that we collect is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for Software and Services. This billing information is not used by True Impact for marketing or promotional purposes.
True Impact uses the information that we collect for business purposes, including responding to requests for information about Software and Services, providing access to certain services, and for registration purposes. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.
By submitting your information to us and by using the Software and Services or the Website, you are consenting to our use of your data as described herein. If you do not consent, you should not register with True Impact, not use the Software and Services, and not use the Website.
Certain non-personal information about site visits is recorded by the standard operation of the Internet servers on which this website is hosted. Non-personally identifiable information ("Aggregate Data") may be for our business purposes, including but not limited to improvement of the design and content of the WebSite or to personalize your experience on our Website. Like many standard website servers, our web servers use log files. Log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp and number of clicks. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Customers who have provided contact information may e-mail True Impact at firstname.lastname@example.org to update their contact or other information.
Customers may also update or change registration information by editing the Account and Privileges page of the Website or by contacting True Impact at email@example.com or 617-903-0210.
We have security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the data under our control.
